When I was in high school, I joined a Fitness class. We jogged for 15 minutes everyday, did obstacle courses, weight-training, etc. This class afforded me many opportunities to lose weight. But now that I'm 20 and am out of high school, I only have my elliptical trainer and a few dumbells, and can barely afford going to the YMCA. I want to hit one of my better peaks by the beginning of June. I'm not very overweight - just a few extra inches, but I've lost all of the muscle I made then. My endurance is also horrible. I can barely do 3 minutes on my trainer. My chest feel sore and I can taste blood in the back of my throat (I had bronchitis when I was younger.) I want to quickly lose weight and really make my endurance shine. Any great suggestions? Thanks everyone!
