Hey Fellow Teens! With me being a teen do ya think i shall lose, GAIN or maintain my current WEIGHT?
Heyyy there! i just got back from a doctors appt. the other day for a yearly physical. My weight was a modest 227, waist was but a 46 inches, chest 44, etc. etc. AND i stood a decent 5'10. It was about a year or so ago when i decided that i wanted to GAIN weight not LOSE it! At the time i was around 165 lbs. & was quite thin. So i decided to "pack on the pounds" per say... Now about a year, 66lbs. & plenty of inches & marks later. i am quickly approaching my 18th birthday! i would like to know what to do? For the past few months or so i have not tried to gain any weight... Nor have i tried to lose any... I've pretty much stayed the same. As i speak i wear a comfortable 38 jeans! i have a fair share of "sexy" stretchy marks on my love handles/hips & quite a few on my inner thighs too... i personally dont know if this is a bad thing or not... Anywaaay, any help or suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated! Thank ya in advance, ~E! (Honestly i got the urge to continue getting fat) OH YEAH MY BODY FAT IS 31% Blood Pressure is 142/101

- i think big guys are sexy and as long as ur happy with ur self i can dig it call me lol
- haha. i feel for you. i went from 124 to 143 in a year. i'm 17 and a senior getting ready for college. my college teacher told me about the "freshman fifteen." she said that all freshmen college students gain 15 pounds in their first year. that's not too good to look forward to. don't worry. i like a guy with a little meat on their bones ;)
- as long as you think your good then your cool
- What you should do is find out what the average wieght is for a person your age and height. That way you can know which directon you need to head. When you find that out as long as you stay with an appx 6 up and 6 down from that weight you'll be fine. If you are comfortable with yourself that is good too, however you want to make sure you are healthy too. You could work out and turn your body fat into muscle and still be the same weight and you'll be fine. You definantly shouldn't intentionally gain weight because it can put you at SO much risk for SO many diseases and health issues. It will be marking an early grave for you. If you aren't underweight or pregnant (doesn't apply to males i know) then there's really no reason for you to want or need to gain weight. Good luck with what ever you decide though.
