Should i Lose, Gain or Mantain My Current Weight?

Heyyy there! i just got back from a doctors appt. the other day for a yearly physical. My weight was a modest 227, waist was but a 46 inches, chest 44, etc. etc. AND i stood a decent 5'10. It was about a year or so ago when i decided that i wanted to GAIN weight not LOSE it! At the time i was around 165 lbs. & was quite thin. So i decided to "pack on the pounds" per say... Now about a year, 66lbs. & plenty of inches & marks later. i am quickly approaching my 18th birthday! i would like to know what to do? For the past few months or so i have not tried to gain any weight... Nor have i tried to lose any... I've pretty much stayed the same. As i speak i wear a comfortable 38 jeans! i have a fair share of "sexy" stretchy marks on my love handles/hips & quite a few on my inner thighs too... i personally dont know if this is a bad thing or not... Anywaaay, any help or suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated! Thank ya in advance, ~E! (Honestly i got the urge to continue getting fat) OH YEAH MY BODY FAT IS 31% My Blood Pressure is 142/101!

  1. it's really up to you...but hey your about 5'10 being that big doesn't show when youre that tall....i say dont lose it or gain the weight....simply work out and tone your body....enjoy!!

  3. YOU LOOK PERFECTLY THE WAY YOU ARE. IF YOU TRY TO LOSE WIEGHT YOU SHOULD LOSE 27 IBS. BUT IF YOU ARE 227 YOU LOOK HOT TO ME.
