How To Lose Inches from my waist?
My birthday is coming up in 3 weeks and I would like to lose 3-5 inches from my waist. Can you help me

- Hey there . If you want to lose fat , the best thing is running . So i suggest getting up in the moring before breakfast and run for 30 min . Do that atleast 3 times a week and you will have a smaller waist.

- I would recommend trying the Special K diet. By doing so, you can drop a jean size in 2 weeks! Just make sure you follow it perfectly. But i bet you want to lose more, SO go swimming every morning for as long as you can do. 40 minutes will be enough (non-stop). Swimming is the best exercise for you as you are working all of your muscles but not putting strain on them.

- Well to get the most trim from waist, you should do some abdominal excises. Here are some links that I provided that really helped me when I was trimming down. You should do 3 sets of these every day for about 2-3 weeks and you WILL see improvements. Hope they workout for you and good luck!
