My birthday is coming up in 3 weeks and I would like to lose 3-5 inches from my waist. Can you help me

  2. Hey there . If you want to lose fat , the best thing is running . So i suggest getting up in the moring before breakfast and run for 30 min . Do that atleast 3 times a week and you will have a smaller waist.
