what kind of exercises r good to lose weight fairly quickly. how can i lose inches in my waist and lose weight in my lower stomach

- fat does not come off in one part of the body. the best exercises are the ones that increase your hearrate a lot. running the mile is used to determine ones aerboic capacity which is also closely related to ones fat. The fatter you are the slower you'll run. get a heart rate monitor to see what your heart rate is at to determine your intensity.
- Do 300 crunches a day. 100 in the morning, afternoon, and night. Also, if you have an excersize bike at home, you should utilize that.
