I used to be a ballet dancer but just quit to pursue modeling. I was told today that I need to lose 2 inches of hip by next monday to have a chance to go to New York for the summer. The thing is, as a result of my ballet training, my hips and legs are pure muscle. I'm not trying to become a sickly waif, I just need to go from a muscular 6 to a 4. Any tips on how to slim down quickly?
