Any of the easiest ways to lose weight??
I need to lose around half a stone quite quickly (in around 7 days), or lose a few inches off my waist!! am around 20 pounds overweight anyway. i need to be able to fit into a dress for a special occasion for the next monday, but it is about a dress size too small. any advice on foods or exercises, or what not to eat?? (i know it is too quick a time to lose that much weight but this is very important!!)

- Try walking a lot and don't eat fast foods or chocolate. That's what I've been told anyway.
- eat lots of chips and drink mcdonalds grease. for dessert you can have ice cream with plenty of marshmallows
- Try swimming. Eat only vegetables.
- DANCE. dancing is one of the funest and quickest ways to lose weight. dancing for 30mins can burn 230 calories! also just watch what you eat and you should be able to fit into the dress. but why didn't you buy a size bigger anyway?
- Do you drink sugary sodas? If you do, try cutting them out completely (or drinking diet if you have a craving). Drink mostly water and non-sweetened tea instead. Try eating frozen dinners all week from companies like South Beach Diet, Lean Cuisine, Weight Watchers and Healthy Choice. These are complete meals that are low fat and low calorie. I've used them to maintain my weight for years. Finally, less food, more excercise (boring,huh?). But don't deprive yourself so much you break down and binge. Good luck!
- I would suggest you go to GNC and ask for water pills........... take the pills eat bananas and cereal
- celery takes more calories to digest than it gives you. drink water and walk/jog or climb stairs, sit ups and crunches
- Limit yourself to healthy snacking throughout the day without actual meals. For example, every two or three hours, have a small fruit or something but don't actually have a real meal! Drink lots of green tea and wake up every morning at like 6 and jog around until you run out of breath then lay down on the grass, breathe, and contemplate life... okay kidding about the contemplating life part but this is what I've been doing (I needed to lose 10 pounds for Dance) and it works fabulously! Good luck! Oh and everytime before you go to bed, blast on some music and dance for half an hour...not only will it help you lose weight, you relieve a lot of stress that way and it clears your mind and helps you sleep better! :-) :-) :-)
- Put your finger in your mouth and puke, or run for 2 hours with a sweatshirt and pajama on. Also no water until your lips start getting white or bleeding because they are dry.
- if u got 80 bucks there's this stuff called leptopril. get it. go to yahoo and type it in. i lost 30 pounds in one month and thats eating. imagine working out wit it.

- I've lost 20lbs. in 10 days before with a very strict diet. I'll get the low down of what I ate, it hasn't worked that well for everyone but most people see good results. 1st. You can't drink anything except water. No beer, wine, soda, tea, coffee ANYTHING but water! This was the hardest part. 2nd. You have to eat all of your meals everyday like clockwork. Breakfast, snack, Lunch, snack then Dinner. Menu time: Breakfast- One egg over easy, use spam not butter or oil to cook it. One piece of turkey bacon and some cut up bell pepers and onions. Keep it simple and eat this every morning. Lunch- "Lettuce wrap", one full piece of lettuce, one slice of turkey, mustard, pickles, onions, tomatos and even peppers if you like. "Sugar free Jello" One serving. "Low fat cottage cheese. Dinner- "Salad" The salad can have any veggies that you want as long as it has no beans and no corn. You can add 2 ounces of chicken or turkey but you can't have any dressing on the salad. NO EXCEPTIONS! I usually put pickles and bannana peppers, the juices mixed with some Ms. Dash make a good flavor if you shake the salad well. No cheese, no dressing, no bread, no exceptions. Snacks- Pistachios! You need to eat 10 of them between breakfast and lunch and 10 of them between lunch and dinner. You'll do best if you pop one in your mouth at a time and make them last longer. Exercise- I just walked for about 30 minutes every evening. Worked for me and I kept it off, good luck.
- I can't give you a quick fix but I can help you over the long term.... 30 mins before you eat any meal eat 6 WHOLE walnuts or 12 halves. Or 20 peanuts (in the shell with 2 nuts per shell so 40 if they are outta the shell) This will send signals to the brain that you are full so you eat less at the meal time. (Saw this on the VIEW) This with a circuit training routine or ball workout 3 times a week. If you lose weight too fast, you can screw up your metabolism as your body thinks its being starved and will store extra fats if/ when you consume them. Not good in the long run. I say get another dress or if its a wedding, tell them you need alterations. You are you and hurting your body for one day is just retarded. Good luck.
