How can I lose weight extremely quickly?

I am 13, 5 ft. 7 inches tall, and 130 pounds. I 'm going to high school next year and I want to try out for the volleyball team. I need to get faster, get more endurance, and lose weight.

  2. For endurance, run. To get ripped and looking great, do pilates, kickboxing and weight training. As far as losing weight, you're right where you should be. I know I prefer someone who looks toned rather than skinny anyday.

  5. you're healthy for your height and weight..if you lose more weight you're going to be extremely skinny and unhealthy!!!...so yea....but hey that's your decision..all am going to say is dont lose weight..adn if you wants to stay healthy then workout and eat healthy...fruits, veggies, good carbs, lean protein, and water.. :) ..stay active!
