How do you lose 20 lbs quickly?

I need to lose some inches on my arms and thighs... Could someone plz help me

  3. start a workout program. please don't harm yourself and use those stupid dieting tips. you'll only feel hungry for straving yourself, and then you will stuff ur face and gain weight agaun. if u want to lose weight, lose it in a healthy way, and ur body will also be a lot trimmer.
  4. Drink lots of water, no drinking pop or alcohol, no fat, no sugar or starches such as bread and pasta, just veggies a little fruit, very lean meat and take vitamins too. Exercise every day for a few hours such as running walking fast anything to make you sweat a little. Keep busy doing things - go to the mall, beach, dance, bike just move - no TV or to much Computer time! Do for a 2 weeks and you can should loose about 10 to 15 pounds. Oh and be happy and look your best - being stressed will not help with loosing weight at all.

  9. You could the try the Cabbage Soup diet. I heard you can lose 10 to 15 pounds in a week. It isn't a diet that you should use long term. But it's good jumping off point. If can handle cabbage soup.
