Exercise DVD That Helps You Lose Inches?

Preferably it includes pilates, but I just want something that helps lose inches quickly.

My favorite exercise DVDs are the Biggest Loser DVDs. You could also watch Fit tv or go on www.bravo.com and look for the show workout. You should watch Supersize me and that will make you want to stay in shape and you should watch the bonus feautures. Good luck on losing the weight.
2. There are literally tons of the videos out there. And good luck to you. I would get them at the library and try them before purchasing any.
