What is the best diet to go one? In order to lose weight and inches?

  1. There really is no sure fire diet to do when wanting to loose weight. The only thing that I can suggest is to eating healthier and watch your portions. Also do more exercising...such as going for walks and sit-ups and cardiovascular activities.
  2. I swear by the no/low carb diet. I went from 165 to 135 pounds in 6 months. Went from a size 12 to a size 6/8 (depending on where I purchased my clothes). Good luck!

  5. Consumer Reports did tests on diet and the top two were Weight Watchers, and a diet book called "Volumetrics." I just joined Weight Watchers last week and am really enjoying it so far. They say the "support" from the meetings, help people be successful and keep the weight off. The receptionist and the meeting leaders all have used Weight Watchers to lose weight, so they are a great resource. (Have to lose that weight I gained while being pregnant with my daughter) I've done an expensive diet and lost a whole lot of weight, pretty quickly, but it was super boring, and didn't teach me about maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I didn't even consider it after I had my baby. Plus, they didn't really encourage exercise which is kind of weird. Weight Watchers really encourages you to move.
