How to lose inches


How many inches can I lose off?

my love handles and thighs in about 2 weeks? I have a dance coming up and I want to look good (it's semi-formal). I'm already eating healthier with smaller portions but what exercises should I be doing and for how long? I don't have a gym near me but I do have a jumprope. Thanks!! I'm 5'3 and 115 pounds. I know I'm not overweight but pretty much all of my fat is in my upper thighs and love handles!

  3. You could possibly lose 6 pounds at most. Losing too much weight at once is not good for your health. Good job on eating healthy, just make sure you get enough protein and fiber into your diet (these keep you fuller longer), and remember to stay in the calorie range of 1200-1300. As for exercises try to run or walk. Jump roping is also good. You might also want to do exercises that tone (crunches, sit ups, push ups, squats, etc) However, just remember that muscle weighs more than fat, so on the scale you might have gained a few, but you would have lost in inches, etc. Good luck and have fun at your dance!!
