How to lose inches


Half an inch off my thighs!?

Ok i hatee my thighs so much. i have been working hard on the tredmill everday & ive lost 1-2inches off them. if i work even harder like an hour on the tredmill joggin everyday for 7days is it possible to loose another half an inch in that time?? i am prepared to work my butt off for it! any tips? x

  2. You most probably can, but depends on how you look now. If your fat % is already lwo, it might be difficult to reduce it further. Again for losing fat, diet is the key. Reduce your carbs further - and this is important - ONLY for a short time till you acheive your goal. Maintain a healthy diet even after you have acheived your ideal body.
