What excersizes make your thighs thinner?

I want to lose some inches off my thighs. And yes, I know you cant lose anything when you target one place at a time. But I do a daily workout every day and I'll add the thigh excersize to that. Do squats help you lose fat off your thighs? I'ver heard that squats actually make htem look bigger because you're adding muscle. I only want excersizes you can do inside. And by the way I already run at least 4 times a week.

  4. it sounds like you are doing plenty of exercises. Thighs, like your butt and stomach, is a great place for your body to store fat. It doesn't hurt your back, it doesn't keep you from running. So your body likes to put weight there. To lose inches off your thighs you just have to lose fat. I recommend avoiding empty calories, such as sugars and fatty foods. Limit the rest of what you eat, and eat lots of vegetables and fruits. Hope this helps.
  5. As I understand it, when you lose fat, you are losing it from all over your body, but you will notice the difference in the extremities first. This was true with me. First the double chin goes, then you have to make your watchband a little tighter, etc. The weight that is concentrated in the hips, thighs and butt seems like the last to go. That's why you have to be patient and persistent with your health program. Leg exercises are very good for weight loss because they work the large muscles. When you build muscles, you body burn more calories even at rest.

Remember that these are the muscles that stabilize the top of the entire leg, so things like jogging or cycling are also good ways to tone the whole leg. Finally, remember to stretch after your work-outs. This will allow your muscles to maintain their long, lean shape, not to mention help with soreness.
