How to lose inches


Inches off of thighs?

I want to lose like 3 inches off of my thighs by january 3,2008. I go to a gym that has a LOT of equiptment (if that helps) tell me what I need they probably have it. I don't want to gain muscle. I just want to burn fat cause I don't want my legs to look all bulky =P I know that 3500 calories = a pound and I know that I have to have a good diet and I do. I just need to know what to do. Thank you so much in advance and tell me if you need more information!!! ohh and by the way... I'm 5'2 and I weigh between 100-110 (hehe not sure my scales broken and my mom thinks it still works=P haha ok well thank you guys soooo much!!! Have a GREAT day!!

  1. start with cardio, i like the elliptical machine myself. my gym has a half hour limit so I do that for half an hour then the most effective machine im unsure of the name but i heard some old lady refer to it as the yes no machine is fantastic for the legs. it has a seat and you place your feet on a marked place on the bottom of the machine, near the inner or outter thigh depending on if your working on your inner or outter thigh you either squeeze inward or outward. Then I like to do another half hour of cardio. in combination with a reduced calorie diet and the aerobics your burning and ingesting a lot less calories so you should loose weight and firm up without bulking up. good luck
