- when you exercise, muscles start forming, you may think that you're getting bigger, but don't worry, once your muscles have formed, your fat will burn away and you'll see those great abs.
- To be perfectly honest, I think it may take more than 2 1/2 months to lose that many inches off of your waist. <<<<<<BUT>>>>>> Eating right is a step in the right direction. I also have tried drinking 3 larger cups of green tea per day, usually one right before each meal is the preferred time to drink it. The reason this helps a little is because it's good for you, plus it fills you up resulting with much less hunger. I lost around 5 pounds in a week just from this alone, and I even skipped a few cups. Of course personal experiences vary. I know that if a person does ab workouts this will help slim down the torso area as well. For example, just simply laying flat on the floor and then you lift only your legs. You should feel it in your abs. Once your abs get used to the height that you always hold your legs up at, try moving them higher. Now for thighs....doing squats are really nice for this...you do this simply by squating and holding that position for a while, then you relax, then repeat. You can also lay on your side and then lift the free leg up so you feel it in your thighs and slightly in your abs. Thighs are one of woman's hardest areas to tone, which I wish wasn't so. =) But Good Luck to you, I wish you the best. You can do it!!
- Walk/jog for at least 30 minutes a day. Do as many sit ups and push ups as you can at least every other day , to build muscles . Muscle burns calories. Since you can't go to the gym, fill up two 1 gal plastic jugs, that have a screw on top, with water and do curls (lift arms from your side to at least 90 degrees in front you) with them. Work up to 3 sets of 10 reps per set. Do lunges while holding the jugs in each hand. Put one foot far enough in front of you so that when you drop your back knee to the floor your front thigh is parrellel to the floor and the leg is forming a 90 degree angle. Stand up and bringing the back foot forward to the front foot and alternate legs. Work up to 3 sets of 10 repititions each. You may have to start out without the jugs of water and build up to them. You're gonna have to eat right Here's the formula. (Calories consumed - calorires burned) divided by 3500 = lbs of fat lost or gained in a given period. There are 3500 calories in a pound of fat. Muscle weighs more than fat so go by the measurement and not your weight. Make the calories you eat count that means no sweets and junk food. Don't consume less than 1500 cal. per day. That would be counter-producive. Your body would lower your metaloblism as part of "starvation defense" to conserve calories.
- One thing that will help you lose weight: diet pills. I was one of those who did not believe in them until I tried it. And I tried a few. The best product I found on the market is made with pure hoodia and it works great! You can go to http://www.newlproject.info and order you free trial, also you only pay 6.95$ shipping and handling.
