How to lose inches


could i lose about 1 inch off my thighs by walking moderatly for 2 miles 3-4 days a week by june 23rd?

also what could i do to lose 2 inches off my lower stomach and sides of my stomach by june 23rd? please tell me the sets and reps of each much love thanks

  1. Squats and lunges are best for working on your thighs. As for your stomach, crunches. Of course, consult with your doctor before you start any new fitness routine.
  2. To tone your thighs and make them look better, do lunges, squats, and run up and down stairs that are pretty steep.
  3. Go for it every day. I have for almost 3 1/2 yrs. The results are wonderful.
