lose a few inches off my butt and thighs in about 12 weeks?
Is it possible to lose a few inches off my butts and thighs in about 12 weeks? I know it's all about maintaining proper diet and exercising regularly. but I want to know how exactly do i go about doing that ? I also know there's no such thing as target or spot training, but there must be some way I can lose at least some fat off my butts and thighs and reshape it (just a little, if not much ) before I get married in the mid of november ? Please help me, I want answers from people who are really willing to help, not just earn points.

- Yup
- You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.
- Do lunges every day! Take at least a 30 minute walk a day too. You can also go to the library and check out the exercise DVDs. Look for Pilates, or ones that specifically target the legs. Good luck, and congratulations on the upcoming wedding!
- I cut the carbs on the first of aug. and have noticed that my body has changed shape.I have kellogs in the morning salad and meat or fish for lunch and yogurt at night.Lots of water and ive cheated afew times.I lost 5 kilos in two weeks.Even if you just cut out pasta and bread you will see results.Good luck.
- Start with jogging and running for a few minutes. Then start with lunges, squats and side kicks. Try Tae Bo workouts (I bought a DVD). Do it religiously everyday. You won't see results immediately but you will see the difference in 12 weeks! If all else fails, you can invest in really good body shapers (I wore one to my wedding) and it does make you lose inches on your problem areas! You can buy these at department stores or lingerie shops.
- I suggest trying all natural Cinch Inch Loss Plan. It's healthy and easy to follow. It's powered by leucine, an essential amino acid, that actually travels directly to muscle to signal protein synthesis. It helps your body preserve muscle mass while you lose weight and inches from fat. Hope this is helpful and feel free to contact me with questions
