What is the quickest way to lose inches from your thighs?
What exercises, foods and / or pills take the weight and the inches off of thighs quickest and most effectively? All the food I eat now (a lot of junk... ugh) seems to go RIGHT to my thighs (and hips) and I need to find some sort of exercise I can do around the house or some diet pill or healthy and filling food to eat... help!!!

- Eat lots of fiber, you'll lose weight faster if you combine it with cardio exercise 60 minutes a day, you'll get the result in 2 weeks
- I think you need some leg exercises like Step-Ups & Upward bicycling.
- Losing weight from those areas of your body is not easy, otherwise no one would be fat unless they wanted to be that way. Doing cardio for an hour or more a day is not a good thing to do because you will get sick of it and go back to your old routine. What you need to do is exercise in small chunks, like say for 15-20 mins twice a day. Once you are comfortable with that routine, then you can slowly increase the amount of time spent. Don't stick to a similar routine, do different types of exercises on different days. Don't let your heart rate stay constant, keep varying the speed and effort of your workout (this is very important if you want to see some significant weight loss). Its ok to eat junk food, just don't overdo it. If you don't eat any junk food at all, you will get sick of it and start binging which will make you worse off than when you started. There is a lot more to it, but this should be a good start. Hope it helps. :)
