can i lose inches off my waist? or is it my body shape?
for as long as i can remember, i've never had a skinny waist even though i am skinny (110lbs and 5'5). i've done ballet practically all my life and abs work twice a week when i was in a PE class but i've always been a 26 inch waist (measuring the skinniest part of my stomach, between my rib cage and belly button). my hips are 33 inches (measured on the hip bone). i was wondering, could i lose 2-3 inches off? i definitly have fat there and i want to get rid of it but i can never seen to get rid of it!

- You can with exercises targeting that area.
- read tips on some great ab workouts to help you more on this site
- you can lose inches off the waist. do alot of waist twisting an regular ab work. you would have to lose a few pounds overall though you cant lose weight or inches in just one area.
- It is just the way you are built and your waist is still very thin, despite what you think. You don't need to lose 2-3 inches of your waist and you can't spot reduce anyway. You also should not lose weight because you are already verging on becoming underweight. I think you are obsessing over something which is only a problem in your mind. I bet everyone else probably tells you that you are fine. Please believe them! Take care : )
