How to lose inches


How can I lose some inches off my thighs?

I'm 11 and my thighs are 20 inches right now. The normal size is 13 - 16 inches. I gained 5 inches in 2 wks! I need to lose some inches without buying any equipment. or using diet pills.

  1. go on a diet, walk, run, do some lunges, squats, hip abductor and adductor machine...
  2. do pranayam
  3. you cannot spot reduce diet and exercise
  4. Leg excercises always work for me. Try lying down on your side and do at least 30-50 leg lifts a day. It also helps tone your butt and abs. Switch sides and repeat the excercise. You should see results between 6-8 weeks. Good luck
