How can i lose inches off my thighs and calfs? what is the best way?
i'm going on holiday in just over a month.

- ab work outs and ab works and more ab work outs
- get a Firm Workout video buns, hips and thighs. Also do lots of squats against the wall. Do thigh lifts that helps so much. That area is the best on my whole body. trust me
- Run, walk Do stretching exercises (The ones which give strain to your thighs )
- I always find that when I spend a lot of time on my bike my legs and butt are the first areas that I notice a difference, so that is what I would recommend.
- Eat less and work out baby, it's a pain but the only way, also eat fruit, drink plentya water, there's gotta be more going out than going in, basic fact...also i had 3 months on Omega 3 oils and seemed to lose lots but it tasted yuk! Was 16 stone now a handsome 12 stone.
- Unfortunately you can't really choose where you loose weight. If you do cardio and eat healthy you should loose weight in general. The body will loose weight in different areas and redistribute it with time. I would tell you that running might help build muscle in your legs, but that won't necessarily make them slimmer. If your satisfied with weight in other areas there isn't much else you can do. Some people (like myself) just have larger thighs and calfs then others
- God I need to Gain weight in those areas. Anyway i've found a good way to lose weight. Abstain from eating any meat products for a the duration and visit the gym regualry. You'll drop weight like hell. Good Luck
- to be honest the best way is not to go on a diet as ive tried them all and diet pills and they dont work lol but just change your diet and go swimming 4-5 times a week for about an hour each time it tones your tummy and all your body up wonderful too ! i lost 2 stone since may its great and i eat loads too im just eating the right foods but instead of swimming try aqua arobics its great and really fun ! great question star for you and goodluck !
