How to lose inches


how can i lose inches off my waist in two weeks andsix days i dont need to lose a lot of inches just about 3-4

i want to know like how often do i do it everyday? how long 5 min. 20 min.?

  2. Watch what you eat, first of all. NO SWEETS, not too many carbs. Lots of veggies and non-fattening protien such as lean meat, fish, only the lowest-fat type of cheese, like mozarella. Eat smaller portions, don't eat till youre FULL, just satisfied. Many small, light meals are better than "3 squares" where most people acutally eat too much. Only eat when you are actually hungry. Just cuz the clock says 6pm, doesn't mean you HAVE to eat, if you are truly not hungry at meal time, don't eat then. Eat when you are hungry. Exercise regularly. Take vitamins to help you not feel tired, and ensure you're getting all the right minerals. The more you exercise, the more energy you will have because your body produces endorphins (feel good chemicals) when you exercise. You will be more motivated, increase your metabolism, and not eat as much. I can't promise this will help you lose all the weight you want in that short period of time, but it will certainly help. I came back from college this summer barely being able to fit into my "fat pants". I treat myself the way I described above, and now my "skinny pants" sometimes need to be held up with a belt :) Good luck :)
