- it will take you about 10 inches
- 10 inches will take a very long time make sure to wear your jeans high on the waist and wear a belt that fits snug it'll help mold ur waist if you want. i cant say how long but it wont be soon... good luck
- A WEEK EAT LESS ALSO
- really long... a couple of months if ur perfect
- its hard to say how long it will take cause that depends on how determined you are. if you are determined and push yourself and eat right it will take 3 to 6 months. try eating right and equally as important your cardio. try running and do this 4 to 5 days a week. push yourlself. you have to make it burn. burn off that fat.
- I have to deal with weight loss once in awhile.. exercise is a LITTLE helpful, but most weight loss is going to be due to taking in less calories. You have to run FIVE MILES to lose ONE POUND which equals 3,500 calories. But if you just eliminate 10 of those Gatorade 350 calorie drinks you have done the same thing. Now, you can't replace the 350 calories with some other junk food.. STAY AWAY FROM FAST FOOD. One Quarter Pounder with Cheese = 760 calories!) Good luck!
- 6months to a year. Do boxing.
- It is by far the healthiest way to lose weight and get all of the crap and toxins out of your body!!!:) http://www.cleansewithcgnj.com/. you gotta try it!
- When I started working out (206lbs) about 9 weeks ago, I was a 34 waist in jeans. Now I am a 30 waist (and 175lbs). Thats with immense amounts of weight lifting and cardio and only eating around 1500 calories a day of the highest quality food and protein I can find. If your workout is as efficient as mine, you are looking at losing 10 inches in about 4/5 months.
- There is no accurate answer to your question; everyone's metabolism is different so everyone loses weight at different rates. You need to modify your diet as well as do exercise...low fat, low carb, and high protein to feed your muscles. The secret is not to get hung up on doing it quickly... quick weight loss can lead to a rebound effect where your body thinks it's starving and starts storing fat...that's why crash diets never work and are unhealthy. Keep yourself hydrated by drinking water, lay off things with sugars and starches, and most importantly, stay the course, especially with the cardio, which is the key to burning calories and fat. As far as a timeframe, the AVERAGE healthy weight loss is 2 lbs. or so per week but like I said, it can vary. Bear in mind that it took time to put on the weight, so it will take time to lose it as well. I suggest getting in touch with your doctor, a trainer, or nutritionist to get you on a good, healthy, safe diet/exercise regimen that will take you where you want to go. Keep a positive attitude, don't get discouraged, and hang in there. Best wishes.
