How to lose inches off of your waist/ lose fat/ get muscle/?
im 16 im 135 pounds and 5'10, i was last year comfortablly a 28 waist (but wore a 29 or 30 just for extra looseness) and i was about 5'7 or 5'8 and 120 pounds, and now i wear comfotablly a 31 waist and wear a 32 just for looseness i gained 10 pounds since the end of june because i started eating alot and went on vacation, so is there any tips on how to get back into a 29 or 30 waist /lose fat/ and get a little muscle, PS. i am not anerixic i just want to be skinny with a little muscle and go back to a 29 or 30 waist, any advice people , that would be greatly appreciated

- There are many different ways for weight loss. The best is finding a comfortable exercise and excersising for 30-50 min at least 3 times a week. Also eat regualrly schedualed meals and have portion control. Cut out excess sugary foods as well as fast food. Eat at home as much as possible. Balance your meals. Eat Leafy Greens and Protien, Berries are also a good snacks. A few nuts, and fruits. Eggs, Oatmeal, Wheat, Soy, Turkey are all good foods. Consider the size of your closed fist to help portion control. Stay away from synthetics and processed foods. Eating Organics and reading nutrion labels and ingredients are a great help. No Caffene!! Drink LOTS of water and fat free milk or soy milk.
