How do you lose inches?
I'm 5'6" and 120 lbs, and in the past year I've been running to try to lose more weight. I'm staying the same but I'm gaining inches in my thighs that my pants are tight in the thighs. How should I go about losing weight as in inches especially in my waist while still having muscle tone?

- What you've been doing is replacing fat with muscle, which is a good thing (it is much better for your health). However, as you noticed, it redistributes weight rather than gets rid of it. If you want to lose inches, you need to not only continue exercising but also eat less calories, so that you lose the weight rather than convert into muscle.
