Since 4-06 I have exercised (bike/walk) daily and lost 40 lbs. I want to lose inches in my stomach help?
I need some specific suggestions on how to tone up my stomach and my under arm area. Any sugeestion will help. I want to be at my goal weight by December but if the inches were gone I wouldnt worry so much about the actual pounds.

- crunches/sit-ups should help.Do at least 200 everytime you do them
- Try doing intense cardio. Sorry to say but there are no fixes in doing exercises for your stomach. You can do a ton of crunches and be wasting your time. The key is doing alot of cardio and your body will slim the pounds of your stomach eventually.
