How to lose inches


Since 4-06 I have exercised (bike/walk) daily and lost 40 lbs. I want to lose inches in my stomach help?

I need some specific suggestions on how to tone up my stomach and my under arm area. Any sugeestion will help. I want to be at my goal weight by December but if the inches were gone I wouldnt worry so much about the actual pounds.

  1. crunches/sit-ups should help.Do at least 200 everytime you do them
  2. Try doing intense cardio. Sorry to say but there are no fixes in doing exercises for your stomach. You can do a ton of crunches and be wasting your time. The key is doing alot of cardio and your body will slim the pounds of your stomach eventually.
