I am 14 5'9 and i weigh 130llbs . A m odeling agency wants to represent me but my hips are a 36'' and for runway i have to be a 34''. I am going back to the agency in october and i need to be in shape by then. I run 2 miles just about 2 or 3 times a week and i have been doing some yoga on top of that. I also started cutting my eating habits like fast food and candy i dont eat that anymore and i drink lots of water for the most part. What else do you recommend for me to be in tip top shape in october??

- low car..cut out potatoes, bread and try to lower to 45 carbs per meal...count them it is not that hard...but you sound great to me. You already run so the extra meat on your hips can be fromt hat...muscle is great, though. good luck
- Eat organic food and NO SUGAR at all. Only natural sugar like from fruits or sweat leaf (a brand of sugar that is natural). Also no bread or wheat. Fruits, vegetables, water, unsweatened tea, rice, & organic meats and fish only.
- run far away from those modeling agency freaks.they turn perfectly great models into anorexics, who then later in life develop osteoporosis, which kills by the way,a broken hip usually spells the end with pneumonia developing from being bedridden.I just wouldn't deal with them myself.I wish you the best, whatever you choose.
- I going through the same thing as you, I also have to lose a few inches for modeling. I use to be 32-24-34 perfect measurements and this summer I just let myself go with the fast food. What I'm doing is: -walking an hour on a treadmill every day -doing yoga stretches -not eating any sugar at all -eating healthy, and taking green tea supplements -swimming laps -drink alot of water that's pretty much all you should do, don't starve yourself or anything, as much as that's going to make you lose a shocking amount of weight fast, it's also going to make you weak and you're going to have unhealthy skin and hair, and for modeling, that's definitely not something you want.
- Vegetables are your best friend. They fill you up on very low calorie content. Learn to eat them raw, cooked, steamed, but stop putting things on them. It is the dips and sauces that contain the calories traps. Good luck.
- I think you're fine. You have to think about your health first of all even if that agency requires different measures!
- I recomend swimming and a low carb diet
