How to lose inches


if i walk 4miles a day along with outher exercises how many inches will i lose off my thighs in about 3weeks?

along with a balanced diet of 1200 calories

  1. there is no definite answer to that. each body & metabolism are different, so each person will see different results from such a workout. I'm sure it'll depend on your body structure, how much fat you're carrying right now. Are you going to be walking up hill? downhill? on level? all of these will affect how many calories your body will burn.
  2. get a measuring tape and find out.
