- There is a problem, you cant JUST loose weight off your arms... there are 1000 websites that will sell you crap to rub on your stomach and thighs for women to loose cellulite... its B.S. Ill give you the story. The stuff they rub on has caffeine in it, that is absorbed dermally (like a nicotine patch).. usally with something called DMSO that is mixed in with the other chemicals... what caffiene does is raise your heartrate and cause your body to metabolise more calories... this is a waste of money because the lotions are usually like 50 bucks for like 25 days worth... might as well drink coffee (without cream/ sugar... but that tastes like crap!)... So, sadly, there is no golden method of losing "fat" in one area...you can tone your arms by doing 4 sets of 15 reps with a low weight (as opposed to classic lifting which is 3 sets of 8 reps with as much weight as you can do). This will build muscle which will also burn more calories and eventually lose weight in your arms. The best thing you can do: Go to the gym 3-5 times a week for an hour... anything less than an hour and you only really burn sugar in your bloodstream, after this sugar is depleted (30 mins or so) your body turns to the fat stores in your body for energy... after a while, you WILL see results, but thats the problem... its not "easi".. crappy huh?
