- like abillion yearss!
- it takes 90 days to make a physiological difference in your metabolism so you are constantly burning more calories. Most quicker weight loss things are fads that take water for weight loss.
- for me it can take like a week...maybe cuz I got more to lose...I dunno. I'm 5'2 about 181 or less. I want to get down to 118. My waist (right at the belly button) is 42 inches now. I only had to lose 2-4 lbs to get to lose an inch there though that's where I gain most of my weight. I want to get my waist to 23 inches.
- One kilogram a week is the usual. 5kg a month Walk for 30 mins a day and eat right, it doesnt take much. Weights are also good cos the fat keeps burning off hours after workout. But I have always found walking and walking up and down stairs the best. Just keep puffing or sweating for the whole half hour.
- I am told it takes at least a month to see a difference, but it may take four months. Individual results vary, as individual initial situations are very different. I know that when I went into diet, it took ten weeks to see results.
- well it depends on your body metabolism, if its slow or fast or normal, and what kinds of exercise you do, but you should be able to do it in a couple months, here are some healthy tips >> if you want to weight 180 pounds, then eat 1800 calories - good balanced diet and exercise, drink water ( minimum daily requirements is 8 - 8oz glasses) weight 165 pounds - 1650 calories ; weight 160 pounds - 1600 calories ; weight 120 pounds - 1200 calories ; basically what weight you should be and add a zero 0 , thats how many calories you should take in daily, our bodies need a good balance of a variety of foods, a good 7 grain bread ; nuts ; raisins ; fruits ; cereals - the kinds that are not full of sugars ; green veggies ; yellow veggies ; beans / legumes ; peanut butter - a good one that's not full of sugar ; as for meats - chicken ; fish - salmon is best - tuna is also good ; beef - which has less than 20% fat content ; you can spice foods up with seasonings and make them taste better, but be very careful of how much salt you eat - always less than 3000 mg daily , if you average it to 1,000 mg per meal that would be best. And don't forget to drink your water, the water helps the body flush all the bad stuff from our system and keeps the body / organs functioning properly. no soda pop / cokes ; coffee ; tea - unless its herbal tea ; no beer / alcohol ; no chips / cookies / cakes / pies / candy's ; get at least 30 minutes of walking in a day - a good fast walk rather than a slow one, the average speed of a good fast walk is 4 miles an hour - so 2 miles in half an hour , but if you are not used to walking fast it will take your body time to get used to it and get that fast, and don't over do it, you don't want to pass out - set a pace, if you need to stop and take a 5 minute rest. walking is the absolute best exercise for our bodies! http://answers.yahoo.com/search/search_result;_ylt=AmwF3.MWVIJRT_i3Gs0uhv7sxQt.?p=diet+lose+weight thats a search here in yahoo answers about diet + lose + weight, check out what others have said.
- It depends on what you eat and how much you excercise. a great way that i've found to lose inches is just to eat healthier, not necessarily go on a diet, but just eat a healthier diet in general. Cut back on sweets and greasy or fatty foods. You don't have to cut them out completely, but even just replacing them with fruit, veggies, or lean meats makes a huge difference. Also if you cut back on starchy carbs like bread, rice, pasta, and potatoes. Exercising really helps to obviously, a lot of doctors recomend at least 30 minutes of cardio a day, even if it's just jogging through your neighborhood, it can make a huge difference. If you want to focus specifically on your waistline though, then i would suggest a lot of different abdominal excersices, crunches, sit-ups, side crunches, etc. If you can find a good ab exercise tape, then that would probably help a lot, because those usually tone your whole ab area, top, middle, sides, everywhere... just doing crunches won't do that. I really like the "Great Abs Guaranteed" tape and "Ab Ripper 200." Those tapes are really old though, so thy might be hard to find. I hope this helped!
