Is there any exercise to lose inches in the waist but keep my breast the size they are?
I am 20+ something I like my boobs a lot. I have gained 2 cup sizes in 2 years and I love them. But I also gained tummy weigh, don't love that! And idea how to keep one and lose the other?

- do twists =dancing to music while doing them is fun
- Actually, it depends on your genes. You may lose fat uniformly, or you may lose it in your breasts first, or in other places first. The only way to find out is to lose weight. You could try doing a lot of situps - it's good to have a strong abdomen anyway.
- I really don't think there is any possible way to do that with fat-burning excercise. thought about lipo?
- OMG, twice lose weight lose, I love the breast that I have when the wieght is here, so does my man, but when the weight is gone, they look like socks with oranges in them, I hate it, when you figure it out let me know too. Good Luck with the weight lose, it's hard but worth it, but I normally buy the best bras to get that picture perfect look.
- no, fat loss doesnt work like that. you may lose fat from your wait and not your boobs, but this is really unlikely. you cant spot reduce fat. its an all over thing. sorry.
- I LOVE Tony Little workouts. They are very muscle specific ...plus he isn't high strung, it's low impact, anyone can do them.
- sit ups should do it.do often and lots not at first just go slow at first.
- there is no such thing as spot reduction. fat is put on your body in layers, like an onion and each layer covers a larger area of the body. It's like you start out with a cumberbun and wind up, several layers later, with long underwear. So, tummy fat, being the first layer, is the last to go when you lose weight. Cardio exercise is the best way to burn fat, but it comes off in layers. Adding weightlifting to your workouts you can enhance your breast size by building the muscle underneathe the breast. This supports them, makes them appear larger, etc. Doing ab and core exercises will elongate the muscles in your abs and obliques, toning and defining your figure eight shape.
