What are some good exercises to Tighten my butt, Lose inches around my wait, and Tone/ Tighten my abs?
I'm looking for fast results. Does anyone know any exercises that will help me lose weight in these areas? Also if you know any to get my chest in good shape and arms bigger let me know. Thanks

- squats, lunges, and crunches. Mixed with cardio.
- What you need to do is go on a straight diet. You don't need to eliminate all the foods you enjoy, just eat a portioned size. That's the key to toning and if you need to lose any weight. You can basically eat anything, but you NEED to eat the right amount. You can't stuff yourself with food even if it's healthy! Drink 7-8 glasses of water and exercise daily. That will bring you to the weight you want to get at. For exercises, there's a channel on TV if you have Time Warner Cable. IT's channel 574 and it gives you exercises to do to tone up exactly where you want to. Try it out and good luck!
