How to lose inches


What are some good exercises I can do to firm up or lose inches at my bustline?

Lately I've noticed that since I've been intaking soy (I'm lactose intolerant), I seem to have gotten a little bustier. I don't really like it, so I want to lose some inches there. I go to Curves about 3 times a week for circuit training and I also have started doing pushups. Does anyone know any other good exercises or anything else I can do to lose some inches/weight there and to just tone up there? Thanks.

  1. Your breasts will the first place you gain weight and the first place you lose weight. Trying to firm up may actually add inches if you're not careful. The best advice ANYONE could give you is to just lose weight--even 15 pounds is going to make a difference.
  2. bench presses but use alot of reps with a little weight
