What can i do to make my waist lose two inches by exercising?I wanted to lose some fats on my laps too.Should i plan for often joggings and visiting the gyms more often?Help me ! Thanks ! (:

- You need a good balance of nutrition and exercise. You should eat healthy, and make more time for exercising. Some things that are fun to do and not as boring to do is belly dancing or swimming.
- you can play dance dance revolution, i play it bc its actually fun :P and theres a point to it lol... or you can puke up your breakfast and go anerexic if you care that much about your weight. or you could move to ethiopia wid all the fly infested skinny dumplings lol idk try dat
- Jogging, swimming, even walking is aerobic. Do more of that and improve your diet with fewer calories.
- eat about 1200 cals a day and do sit up/crunches, do about 20 then rest for 20 seconds and repeat 10 times. i lost 5 inches off my waist in 6 weeks by eating better, eat whole grain foods, a lot of fiber foods and a lot of greens and fruits.
- You burn the very MOST energy by working the biggest muscles in your body. Those are the muscles in your thighs. Working these muscles hardest will cause you to burn more energy/fat than you would believe. Good luck
- Try Pilates - it's great for strengthening abs.
- swimming and cutting down on carbs
