How to lose inches


How can I lose inches off my waist?

I was trying to eat healthy to lose inches off my waist lately, but today, I just couldn't help it... I ate 400 calories worth of chocolate and cookies... I lost an inch off my waist from the beginning, and now it's back to what it used to be... 26 inches. I'm really fat around the waist, but fine everywhere else, and when I don't exercise or eat junk food, it goes straight to my waist. And, yesterday, I just went to a birthday party and had lots of food and cake... Now, I feel that I will just get fatter and fatter because it's hard for me to control what I eat and I almost never exercise, with all the homework I have now. I don't weight that much, I'm only like 96 lbs, but I have this big fat waist and I'm only 5'3''. I don't know what to do now, I just can't fit time for exercising, because I have so much school work. And, there's all this junk food laying around the house... chocolate, and lots of it. What should I do to lose inches off my waist? I'm only 15, so will I always be this fat?

  6. Diet and exercise. Plain and simple. Eat more fruits, veggies, yogurt. Go walking, take up an exercise program. That's how I lost over 65 pounds and many inches off my waist.
  7. You are 5'3" tall, 96 pounds and have only a 26 inch waist? You are not fat at all. Be careful. Too many people obsess and end up with eating disorders.
  8. i see diets don't work for u and u r one of those normal people.. for starters thats a good thing.. all i can say to u is eat ur food but start limiting it.. just start eating smaller quantities of it and start picking up on ur excersize factor.. i know i know its hard to get going but its the only way.. i suggest u stay away from dietary supplements but if u really need to use one then get going on something like dexetrin max and still combine excersize with it.. its all about exersize and also start using some protein shakes n stuff like that.. food with high protein levels. of course there's always my way of doing it.. starve for a week and run 4 miles each day of the week. extreme and unheathy and hard to do mentally but it works.. way to get six pack abs..

  11. First off a 26" waist is very far from fat unless you are 3 feet tall. Also stop bingeing on chocolate and junk food eat healthy snacks instead and drink lots of water. When you do slip take a half hour power walk, everyone can spare an half hour and it will help you study as well. Lastly do waist bends side to side and then forward and back.
  12. no, your body at 15 is not nessicarily at ALL what it will be at 17, at 20, or at 30. epople, esp. teensgers change all the time. if you get less homework at 25, you will have more time to go swimming, jogging, etc.. but in the meantime, i share your plight!
