what is some exercises that will help me lose inches off my hips?

  1. lots of walking, drinking lots of water, cut down on carbs
  2. Running, weight lifting and cardio(good for your heart too). eat healthy and less, more often so like breakfast, small snack, lunch, small snack and dinner, but dont overfill yourself. GOOD LUCK!!!

  4. Dancing, it fun and work Try dance where you move your hips like spanish, reggae, hip-hop or belly dancing. It won't feel like exercise so you will do it often.
  5. *~*~*~*I LOST 90 LBS ~*~*~*~ The way not to do it is starve yourself, to start with. Just exercise and eat right. I did....lost 90 LBS because of it. Starving yourself won't help at all. Drink more water, eat less before bed, and don't eat for stress are the 3 things I follow and i'm going pretty well if i don't say myself. 90 LBS isn't anything like 5-10lbs so take my advice.   6. i know this might now help specifically because im a guy, but i lose 26lbs in 5 months just by eating right. and being on the elliptical for 20 minutes. keep a average heart rate around 173 and that should give you a workout. it will get your heart pumping and will be a big exercise to yourself.
