How can I lose inches on my stomach and thighs?
ok so basically i want to lose some inches of my stomach and thighs..so how can i do that dont just say exercise and eat well explain and how many inches can i lose in a week

- You can use the waist trimmer. Avon has a great one going for ten bucks. Also for the thighs you can wear those toning shorts that makes you sweat alot. The more water loss the better. You can jog with those or ride a bike. Also I read where you should hold your tummy in while doing everything. Just remember to breath:) I do it and I have seen some inches lost. I hope that helps. I am in need of the same. I just joined curves and I am hoping that will work.they weigh in every month.
- Basically it really is cardio exercise and a diet. You cannot spot reduce an area just by exercising it. You need to do cardio to get the heart rate up to burn fat. It is really up to you how much you will lose in a week (maybe an inch). Initially it will be mostly water weight that you lose.

- Not kidding, get a hula hoop, you will spend a couple of days picking up the hoop that you cant hula, which is great exercises in itself but when u get used to it its wonder full
- "Don't say exercise and eat well"???????? OK I won't. Go for liposuction. That's the ONLY other way. Inches in a week ? None unless you go for the lipo. It takes months.
- okay so excerise and diet blah blah i know ive been there so here try this for a month eat a small bowl of special k for breakfast then lunch eat tuna out of a can with a salad or chicken then at dinner eat smaller portions in between meals eat fruits like bannanas and oranges exp. then every day run on a tread mile range miles anywhere from 2 to 5 miles change it everyday do maybe 2 then 4 next day then 3 the next n so on u decide but work up to it try to be able to run 2 miles at speed 7.5 on zero elevation then start adding miles right after u get done get on an excerise bike for at least 30 minutes then do an ab workout like crunches side crunches leg lifts on your side for ur inner thighs but u do that ull be good im in the military n i had to lose weight fast and i went from 225 to 175 and went from 36 waist to 32 in 3 months before basic training u need to be motivated even when ur sucking ull be greatly reward in the end when u can actually get in clothes uve always wanted too

- we cant spot reduce body fat naturally (lipo is the only way) so it just has to be overall fat loss find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose. eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism) 5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day 8 glasses of water have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle cardio is the only fat burning exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism) dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily. ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:) sit ups, crunches etc will only make your belly look bigger because all they do is build muscle - they do NOT burn fat.
