  1. You need to build muscle and lose fat. So you need a high protein diet and start weight training, as well as doing cardio. You still need plenty of carbs, but only low GI carbs, such as wholemeal foods and fresh fruit and vegetables. HTH : )
  2. Circumcision, it worked for me. But I couldn't walk for a year afterwards!
