How to lose inches


How come im not losing many inches since i started working out 2 yrs ago?

im 119 pounds and i lost little bit of inches but not much, i work out cardio 30-40 min 3 times a week and do 20 min of weights. what is the problem am in not working hard enough?>

  1. you might be replacing fat with muscle, do you notice a difference in how you look? or are you just concerned about the inches? Are you a midget? if not then 119 pounds isn't that bad.
  2. no! the problem may be your are working yourself too much! if you exercise a hell of a lot then you lose fat but you gain muscles! which mean you don't lose too many inches! how much food do u eat a day? is it really healthy? you must eat healthy and do about 30min work out I'd say no more than twice a week and the same with your weights cut down on your exercise and start eating lots and lots of food with under 5% or 5g of fat. trust me if u do this the inches should (hopefully) be lost (but please please please don't expect instant results) inch and weight loss takes time and effort!!!
