Losing weight and inches for summer?
Im 16 years old and I would liek to lose some inches for summer. my current inches are 32'26'35' & im 115 pounds at 5'3. suggestions? btw I dont care if i gain weight as long as im losing inches.

- it sounds like to me that you are a little underwieght so i dont think you really need to lose anything.

Salad with fresh vegetable addition desirable and combination sandwich with cucumber or celery. Dinner Fresh vegetable cocktail juice, soup cream cauliflower. Potato boat or simple grilled chicken.
