Losing weight and inches of my stomach?

I want to lose weight and inches off my stomach! Any tips?? I already eat healthy don't need to remind me about that =). I guess i could get a work out program but nothing expensive i dont know how much weight i wanna get off but i wanna be in perfect shape by um maybe early september i think or late august (when school starts) Thanks!

  1. Get a pedometer ($5-10) and walk 10K steps everyday. That should be a good start. Once you got that down, you can add weight lifting with dumbbells. Don't worry about getting bulky muscle. Ain't gonna happen. It's not that easy even for guys with testosterone which women don't have much of.
  2. Unfortunately, you can't choose where the fat you lose through diet and exercise comes off. If you're eating healthy and exercising and you've reached a plateau where you've stopped seeing results, you need to up the exercise or cut back on food. Make sure you're doing strength training every other day and stretching afterward to ensure the weight you're losing is coming from fat and not muscle (push-ups, crunches, lunges, squats and pull-ups will work you're entire body, and you can do them for free!). Also, try bicycling or jogging for 20 minutes, 3 times a week.
