What is the best exercise/technique for losing inches from your inside thighs and abdomen?

- First, eating the right foods.. less sugar... Hip abduction works inner and outer thighs. Crunches and sit ups work the abdomen

- Inside thighs would be aduction exercises and plie squats. You can do a search online for thigh exercises to see what looks like it would work for you. Do a search for ab exercises as well. Crunches are the most common ab toning exercise but they can be done in various ways, and there are other exercises that'll tone the abs. Add to those, some cardio to burn fat so when those muscles are toned, you can show them off. ☺
