- Don't worry about how much you weigh. Measure yourself and pay attention to how your clothes fit. That's the best way to tell how much progress you've made. Muscle weighs more than fat, but is leaner. You are gaining muscle and losing fat. You may weigh the same or even possibly gain a few pounds, but that is fine and normal. Ignore what the scale says because it can't tell you how much of your weight is muscle and how much is fat.
- What you are seeing is more muscles, less fat. Since muscles weigh more than fat, you have changed your body, but the total weight has not changed. Don't worry about the body weight, you should lose weight soon, but you are healthier and look better now. If you can see definition then you have lost fat, because if you still had the fat on your abdomen you could not see the muscles. Eat healthy and exercise and you will weight what you should weigh, not what some height/weight chart says you should weigh.
