How to lose inches


Why am I losing a little weight but no inches?

I walk for 1 hour and 15 min. and lift weights for 30 min. 5 days a week early in the morning before I eat. Why have I not lost any inches except for 1 around my upper waist?

  1. It takes time, usually 6 weeks to see real results. You could be replacing fat with muscle which means little reduction in size. Also are you modifing your diet. Your burning more calories - so make sure your not eating more too. Good luck and stick with it!
  2. Its all about calorie deficit. You can do all the exercise you want, but if you eat too much, you can still gain weight.
