k im getting a treadmill next thursday, if i work out a few hours everyday, eat healthy , take vitamins and drink lots of water and green tea .. how soon do you think i will start losing the fat off of me. i dont really care how much i weigh because i know muscle is heavier than fat and all .. all i care about its how much i look like i weigh thanks :) but i really just dont like my stomach , i just wanna lose a few pounds before summer is here !
