How to lose inches


If i do 300-500 crunches a day with a diet for one month, how many inches will i lose off my stomach?

help me lose weight. give me tips on stomach weight loss.

  1. The crunches will help you tone your stomach muscles but you can't target fat burn. When you start to burn fat (diet + aerobic/cardio exercise) your body will start to burn fat. You just can't control where the fat will be burnt from.

  3. Working out a specific area of the body doesnt lose fat in only that one area. Your body takes off small amounts from all areas. Also your diet depends on how many calories a day you take in.

  6. In the morning if my face is a little puffy I will apply an icepack while I do my morning crunches. I can do 1000 now.
  7. You can't really ask that question because everyone has a different body and their body's react in different way. I recommend that you don't do 300-500 crunches a day but do 300-500 reps of a variety of different ab work outs to hit the abdomen from all angles for optimal loss. This will make sure you don't work on only the top and forget the bottom. Do crunches, situps, reverse crunches, scissor kicks look it up on google for more.
  8. go on a diet, walk, but that many crunches is too much its bad for you. do like 100-200 or something and walk.. it helps alot. .. so do stairs (ive lost 7pants sizes since July of 07) I'm lazy too I dont do any exercise except the stairs at work (3flights about 5x a day) and up and down the stairs at home.. biggest thing i did was get rid of sodas, candy, and deserts and exchange it for juice and fruits. Didnt make any other major changes to my lifestyle n the weight seems to hve melted off. Good luck to you
  9. doing 300-500 crunches might help you lose weight but you;d probably get sick first... mainly just need to eat healthier and be active.. not like extremely active like doing an insane amount of sit ups i lost 30 lbs in a month and a half and i just ate healthy (didnt starve myself either) and did about 20 min a day of mild exercise and walked about a mile to two a day

  11. First off, your plan isn't very healthy, or safe. You will most likely injure yourself. Secondly, you can't lose weight from one specific area, you will lose weight fairly evenly from all over your body. The basic rule of weight loss is calories going in has to be less than calories going out. Meaning you have to eat less than the amount of energy you are burning. Of course this is very broad, if you eat too little, your body will go into starvation mode, and hold on to all the fat you can, and you will start to have health problems due to the lack of nutrients you are consuming. What I reccomend you do is purchase a calorie counting book, which would probably only cost about $10. It will have the calorie amounts of most foods, and also have a few guides on the amount of calories you should be eating, and the amount of exercise. This will make sure you are doing the right amount of exercise and eating the right amount of food for your size. For a good exercise plan, I would suggest investing in a few sessions with a personal trainer, or at least a visit to the library to borrow some fitness rountine books. Good luck
