How to lose inches


What are some good excercises that I can do to lose inches without going on a diet??

  1. 45 minutes of light to moderate walking first thing in the morning, within an hour of waking up, before eating anything.
  2. cardio like mad
  3. start running. go around the block for the first week then increase by half a mile every week. or time your runs and every week try and take 5 seconds off your time
