Does the amount of calories you burn exercising have to do with the inches you lose?
i kno you have to burn 5x3,500 calories to lose 5 pounds.... but say you run two miles a day which would only burn around 300 calories, does that mean that you wont be losing inches until you have burned tons of calories???

- if you want to lose inches, your probably more likely to get results out of toning exercises and classes especially pilates. it might not make the weight on the scale go down, but i can assure you after a while of going you will lose inches, drop clothes sizes and tone up your body.
