How to lose inches


Best way to lose inches/fat off your hips?

I know you are suppose to lose weight all around and not target certain places. But i was wondering if any exercise would help to lose inches off that area more. Im hopeing to lose at the least 2 inches off that area in 3 weeks. Thank you If i use my ellptical everyday for at least 20 mintures will that help?

  1. do some hip flexor exercises. It's kind of like when a dog lifts their leg do to their business. get down on your hands and knees and pump out 10-15 of these a day. Add these to any workout you are alread doing and if you aren't doing one I suggest doing some sort of cardio to really get that metabolism going. Don't forget to keep a good diet and drink plenty of water.
  2. Procedure: Lie down on the mat on your left, legs outstretched. Keep your head within your hands and bend the left leg. Lift the right leg about 8-12 inches off the ground, without bending the knee. Now lower it slowly. Repeat this 15-20 times and then switch the sides and continue. To increase intensity: Tie weight cuffs around the ankles. Use 1 lb initially and then slowly increase the weight to finally reach 5 lb within the span of 4-6 weeks. You can also raise the leg and make 10 large circles in the air in clockwise direction. Repeat the same process in the anticlockwise direction.
